Returns: We accept returns within 7 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Refunds: We only offer refunds in the event of a manufacturing mistake or defect. If you believe your item qualifies for a refund due to a manufacturing issue, please contact us immediately at contact@rugprints.com with details and supporting evidence (such as clear photos). Our team will review your case promptly and provide further instructions.

Non-Refundable Items: Please note that certain items are not eligible for return or refund, including:

Customized or personalized rugs
Items damaged due to misuse or improper care
Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for covering the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to a manufacturing mistake. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance to ensure the safe return of your item.

Refund Processing: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Our production process typically takes 3 days, followed by shipping with delivery times ranging from 3 to 9 days. However, under certain conditions, shipping may take up to 20 days. Once shipped, you'll receive a tracking number to monitor your order's status. For international orders, please anticipate additional customs clearance time.
